Finland's Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority (STUK) recommends restricting children's use of mobile phones, January 7, 2009
The Authority says radiation from mobile phones could pose a health especially because children tend to use mobile phones much more than adults and their brains are developing. The authority says that the degree of risk will only become known in several decades. They encourage text messaging and hands free units or ear pieces.
